Bush Cuisine Safari
Explore the wonders of learning the many skills required to perfect South African Bush Cuisine in the unique location – the superb deck of Kiboko Khaya.
Master chef – Pauline Koen will be our host. Pauline brings a wealth of experience and expertise with her and is a true Bushveld lover.
Alongside this; we will also be offering everything that constitutes a safari. The deck alone is a haven for bird and animal life. Beware – it is very, very easy to be distracted from the splendours of Pauline’s cooking skills both watching demonstrations and experimenting with local ingredients*.
*all ingredients used
are available world-wide with the exception of one! Take advantage
of this wonderful opportunity, we are quite certain you will not
regret it.
Most of all we need to keep a wary eye for the delightful and mischievous vervet monkeys.
